@Afrozilla559 Setting>Wi-Fi>then click the blue arrow on the right side of the network you're connected to>IP Address. Put the IP address. I just did this, and lemme tell ya...WAY too laggy and slow for my taste. :( Go with Display Recorder.

5/20/10 10:32 AM i hope you still check this i followed all the steps.... i make sure that itunes is running in the background ? do i have to sync ? this is my work computer i really dont want to do that i changed the .cmd file to 5900 5900 i save it but i double click it.. it pops open and automatically closes please help.

@IngridYSam you dont need to sync and you don't need itunes open but the fact that its closing is that there is an error in the bat file so either your edit messed it up or its having trouble with that operating system

@pspheaven Thnk u for answering... Do u have any idea on how to fix the bat... When i run it via wifi i am able to work on my pc screen... But would rather via USB...wifi has been unstable in my case... I have tried in both pc at work and home.. Win xp... Thanks again

I am running 3.1.2 with mobile substrate and it works PERFECTLY so i believe hat issue is resolved (if there ever was one) i did not upgrade to <3.0 till about 1 week and a alf ago

Do not download VEENCY on 3.1.2 it installs mobile substrate which is currently not ported properly for 3.1.2

Yah no problem I've been looking for the old source code to see if I can update it since it looks like saurik is doing absolutely nothing with it. Shouldn't be a hard fix If I can find it.

If you do install VEENCY on 3.1.2 you cannot use anything that uses the internet. Apple implanted a new system where if you install mobile substrate it returns invalid argument for everything that uses an WiFi connection.
