If you have any abnormal blood sugar readings or a family history... you are at risk. Normal blood sugar for people is between 70-120. You also need to know your A1C. You can have what appear to be normal blood sugars but have a bad a1c. Most people with pre diabetes do not have skin issues or strange fat distribution. Honestly, you should check with your primary care doctor to find out if you are in fact pre-diabetic.
