ok guys ive worked it out listen very carefully after smithy says everyone get out. it sounds as though he's been knocked over, then the guy says u shouldnt hav done tht. 'BANG!' then the same voice says uve got a man down. he didnt really shoot smithy, he just wants them to think he did.
