It's all about taxes!!! The bill is also called saving lives by reduces tobacco use or something like that, that is bullshit the government doesn't give a rats-ass if we live or die! What they care about is the tax money that is wasted on tobacco health care costs every year. Again this is nothing more than a way to rope in roll your own cigarette tobacco with pipe tobacco, F*** them!!!! Let them burn in hell!!!!!!!!!!!!

the thirteen original colonies were going to be taxed by the british gov for paper ( the stamp tax I believe). A few years later taxed for tea ( 3 cents per pund of tea, americas drink of choice in the 1760's. In order to avoid the opression common people turned to street gangs, then a malitia, then GW led the Continental army of rebels. Back then it was taxation without representation. Thanks for the video, Jay. I am disabled and it really makes me mad our elected officials would try to tack this on a bill for the disabled, let alone the tax itself! Also I live under the "democraptic," money hungry, regiem of Washington State. So I have three strikes against me just because of where I live. It has to stop! I allready know of one tobacconist who went under back in 97 or 98 when tobacco taxes first started rising here.

tobacco tax? what year is this? they can rake in millions from the US users, but that is a scratch compared to taxes they can get or do get everywhere else- budgeting sucks as well as pork barrel and bundling bills I really wish they would redo the system in this regard..and stick to a good budget...I vote every election too, it is rediculous.

Jay, I was just reading up on the Bill. And I agree with you, they are trying to sneak it past us by adding it to a Bill that it should not be in! They do that crap all the time, and I am so tired of it. So I went and posted my opinion and my dislike for the Bill. I have already heard back from my Congress person saying they got my post. So I hope they realize how wrong this is. my state, Florida. So I hope everyone does the same!
