  • Should the run be at 100% effort or slow it down to make it easier to change directions?

  • No need to insert cuts or close-ups when making drill videos. I prefer just a wide shot so I can see exactly what's going on in its entirety. If you feel like getting your Speilberg on, at least show an uncut, wideshot at the end. Also, give a short explanation on how these drills directly relate to moves on the lacrosse field. Other than that, thanks for the tips.
