1: Buy a dell Alienware comp they're actually very good despite how crappy regular dells are

2: Buy an HP or something that actually has a sata hard drive

I'm pretty sure you can add clothes although I'm not sure how in depth the clothing system will be. I've seen demos with creatures wearing masks and helmets but I have yet to see anything more involved than that so it is probably still in development to a degree.
