the battery isn't the best ....at the beggining is very good but after some time the baterry will suck....i have this phone since 2007 and now i kinda hate it...now when i shut it off it's ok but when i turn it on all the dialed numbers disapear and it says that i have no numbers dialed...isn't the perfect phone....my internet doesn't work...and it's very SENSIBLE!!! at the beggining u luv it but....you know....it won't last and you know...and srry 4 my english

Have had this phone for over a year and still love it, good reception, very durable, slider mechanism still solid, and picture quality is good. I like the weight and how it feels solid in the hand.

its the worst fuckin phone i have ever had! i would advise my worst enemy to steer clear from this phone. techinical faults aside this demon phone is built so that you cannot access your memory card or SIM. If u have one i say burn it before it does any more harm!

well if you would treat the phone with respect you wouldnt have the memory card defect. There is a censor that connects to the back of the phone, when not attachet correctley it doesnt work!! i recommend seeing a nokia agent

lol its obvious,if u wan music then choose w595.if u wan camera,choose 6500 slide.but i tell u,6500 slide has more specifications like light sensor and tv-out.the camera has carl zeiss optics and dual flash too.6500 slide skin is also covered wif stainless steel.

the usb for sony ericssons is so easy to use because it says send to: phone or phone card :f, nokias you have to syncronise using windows media player, but i use frostwire.

I bought it on 18 month cotract through 3 recently. Decent phone, but hopeless for accessing you tube with my £5 a month ad on.

It keeps saying loading, or link not found, or data packet not available. I can get a youtue video on it, but it's about once in 50 attemps. Took it back to store and they replaced it but no better.

Well so far i love it! Only things i dont like is the not very bright screen, but that isnt that bad. Other than that its gr8! Good features with nice interface and good camera. I havent noticed any of the problems other people have experienced.

i have that problem. I have the Black 6500 Slide.. and every now & then the screen wil cut out for half a second or something.

it doesn't do anything.

it's more anoying then anything else.

I had to send the phone back after 2 weeks of recieving it.

but still, awesome phone apart from that.

The video camera should be good,there are settings to improve the picture, its a nice phone but it does have its faults from time to time!

Had this phone since april time, battery life is a little poor, especially in long duration calls, the phone gets really hot also after a long call.. the metal mesh at the top of the screen catchs ur hair.. has froze a few times but only when i added to many games to the phones memory, other then that the phones great value for money, plays music nicely great sound, i'd recomend a 2gb upgrade i'm happy with it nothing is perfect and it does the job with some nice features.

WHen i had my 6500 slide few months ago, the screen always disappear and last time i moved all my contacts to my sim (cause i haven't saved all my caontacts) the screen disappears again and all my contacts was gone!!! :O Lucky ive got warranty :P anyways if anyones a techie here do i need a new 6500 phone?

trouble with this phone is that 1. there's a crackle on the calls when you use it with blue tooth. 2. nokia multimedia transfer software doesn't support it. this means you can't integrate it with itunes.
