It was okay, but we didn't get to see anything about how they made the orphans and the orphanage, and how the put songs like 'It's the Hard Knock Life
' together! So actually, this was quite stupid. Part 1 was better
I just wanted to thank you for posting this video (Parts 1 & 2). My husband bought me the movie for Mother's Day, so I showed it to my 2 1/2 year old daughter. We have watched nothing but and we listen to the soundtrack every morning on our drive into the city. This is a great piece of memorabilia.
I don't like the 1999 version. my daughter does plays, and the owner of the playhouse said that talent had nothing to do with it, and i believe that's part of the reason i don't like it because i don't like going to shows to see minimul talent
This isn't all of the original Lights Camera Annie; there is a lot that is out of here (this is only about 15 minutes total) and the special was an hour long (long segments with Bernadette Peters /Tim Curry; and interviews with the choreographers). I have it, but it's a terrible copy - very grainy. According to what I read on line, Columbia lost the film in its vaults and the only complete TV copies are bootlegs.
ummm well it would of been quite joyless being an orphan in the thirties. Sorry, this movie is realistic and doesn't sugarcoat shit to meet your sensitive needs! >;/
this is the whole file though ! well i mean i already uploaded part 1...and there's only 2 parts...but if ur talking about the actual movie then i cant actually do it
yes ur right. you see when i saved part 1 it included all of singing, but for some reason when i uploaded to youtube it cut 10 seconds off part 1 so yea...but dont worry it wasnt much u were missing out on :)
@Jennylovessheba Well,...actualy, I think Alicia Morton took part for the Disney Television production of Annie back in 1999. But, over all since the 1982 version did so well, the Disney version did a lot better.
I think annie is a wondreful show I love it

@Utubegirl900 Because this isn't the complete show. The complete version can be found on Youtube under Lights Camera Annie and there are SIX parts.

pkring, u dont know a good movie when u see one. Clearly, u r the only person who thinks the 1982 version sucks. U cant even compare 82' with 99'.

This was a TERRIBLE movie. The 1999 version was far superior to this travesty. Annie should be ANYTHING but "joyless," which this version is.
