  • I do 50 pounds each arm for like 8 to 10 reps

    55 for 6 to 8 reps

    60's for 4 reps

    Only 1 year of body building Braaaapp!

  • Did u know that the more u carry the small ur biceps will stay jst stick to 5 kg or 10 the people that carry those 35 kg seriously it's true yeah there body is big and shit but it's kinda gay and fucked up .

  • Yeah I know, but you can find videos all over youtube with small guys telling you how they are lifting it right and how the big guys are doing it wrong(indirectly).

    I always lift with textbook technique, or with as good form as I can.

  • those boxer trainers have usually had years of actual experience themselves in boxing and being in the ring. Someone who is skinny and weak does not have adequate experience to teach others how TO BE big and strong.
