Not everyone that uses weights want to build muscles, some people wanna tone up or get more strength without the muscle mass, so people who say she is wrong need to think about that side as well

Yeah I know, but you can find videos all over youtube with small guys telling you how they are lifting it right and how the big guys are doing it wrong(indirectly).
I always lift with textbook technique, or with as good form as I can.
those boxer trainers have usually had years of actual experience themselves in boxing and being in the ring. Someone who is skinny and weak does not have adequate experience to teach others how TO BE big and strong.

I do 50 pounds each arm for like 8 to 10 reps
55 for 6 to 8 reps
60's for 4 reps
