After she realized she fainted and wasn't getting up she immediately tried helping her up and waving her hand to call someone over from backstage.

I think she did a good job because by continuing to sing a bit while letting the others help she manages to inject some calm into the situation, instead of all three abandoning the whole thing, then the audiences might get agitated.

There should be a few times where a few SNSD members fainted.

The only one i can remember so far is Sunny in a concert in Japan just few weeks ago.

SM works their artist like no tomorrow so its no surprise that we see our favourite idols get sick & faint often.

There are many reasons to lipsyncing. 1) Krystal's unwell to in order to cover it up, lipsync. 2) They was to keep their mistakes to the minimum. / So therefore, it doesn't mean that they lipsync because they don't have the ability to sing.

It's only when she sees Victoria totally stop and walk over that she bends down.
