USB device another 200ma minimum ..its not just processor its a system

so it would take atleast 3-4W..

How it it running Windows XP if it's arm? That confused me a little bit, maybe It's Windows CE with an XP interface or something.

ALso anyone know when these ARM devices are coming to market, the new ARM netbook prototypes look really amazing and slick like macbook or sony vioa at a fraction of the price.

That is not windows XP. It is Xandros (as you can see from the sign). It is a gnu/linux distribution. Ubuntu would work as well.
