The belt CL wore in the beginning for "Can't Nobody?" GD's. And if it only belonged to YG other people would be able to use it, but it's GDs and the only person he lets borrow his things is CL. :)
Most of their accessories for performances are picked by the stylists from like a company accessory box. It's not like they're sharing their personal items.
