and when you are taking on punishment for something you are being punished for it @ 0:45. this guy is one in 1 million. i was screwed by the jail i worked for because i was givin less than required staff and recources. most placed arent like this. so with that said id this guy cant run all jails its a lost cause

Thanks for posting. Having seen many ruined lives because of drugs and even more ruin lives because of the mark of prison and society well after the so called crime had been paid. I am thankful for people like you that are speaking out saying prison time is not the solution to addiction.

That's very productive great concept.

It'd be absurd and counterproductive to start an ego fight with a prisoner, and you wouldn't really win, because you've (1)lowered yourself at the level of someone whose behavior you're supposed to be responsible for and (2)a good chunk of them are sociopaths, so by even getting into their fucked up power-games they've won by default.
