  • do u have cookbook?

  • @Dianaxoxsmile I don't have a printed book. It's easier to improve the baking skills with printed instructions AND video... so that's what I do. :)

You can check out my websites (you find the links in my channel).

  • 2:09 im very surprised that you didnt scramble your eggs by just pouring the scolding hot milk straight into it...

  • a big thanks to this video !!! i made my eclaires more yummy!!(^_^)

  • seinfield took me here =p

  • @ChefDePatisserie Sadaharu Aoki is a he!

  • Umm, is the cream puff recipe the same for the eclairs? Because i could only download the cream puff recipe. Help please! :D

  • @itsmeelyza Yes, it's the same (choux pastry) recipe. Use it for the eclairs as well. Good luck! ;)

  • wow! did you work under sadaharu aoki?

  • @MightyRoy No, but I know her patisserie in Paris. Actually, you can see her shop in my "Paris Pastry" video... watch?v=V4ktRENdq54

  • HI! I still haven't received the email for the cookbook!

  • @heroaddict1 I tried sending you a message but you only accept messages from friends. :(

You get the ebook at the website mentioned in the description.

  • I was told by a great chef that when you are putting the hot milk into the eggs mixture you should only put a slight bit at first and stir. Then you can put it all in, if you do it your way you run the risk of getting scrambled egg for your mix . Note I am not trying to be smarter than you.

  • =Q___________________________

  • How do you make the chocolate ganache? Oh, and what are you dipping the fork into when you press them onto the eclairs, egg wash or just water?

  • @KrazyKirby26 The ganache is made from heavy cream and couverture. I dip the fork in water... Just get the full guide (see description). There, it's all explained in detail.

  • Your dough....so...so smooth....Mine's....*looks at my batter* MINES IS SO LUMPY AND MOVING....ITS ALIVE....ALLLIIIIIIIIIIVVVVVVVEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!

  • Isn't it better to add the chocolate chips to the pot instead of pouring it into the bowl? Because the pot is hotter.

  • how many eggs are there?

  • @Hudson21Nguyen Just get the cream puffs recipe (see description). It includes both, recipes for choux pastry and pastry cream.

  • I remember once I was eating éclairs drinking them with an apéritif standing on an entresol and it was during an entr'acte.

  • i made e'claires this weekend and they are really good but im trying to find a better way and yummier way. Im going to use this next time! thanks!!!

  • i've signed up and got the recipe ebook! just wondering, so the dough making for the cream puff is the same as that of eclairs? how much time and the oven temp to bake eclairs? thanks!

  • @bedtimekisses - Yes, the dough is the same and also the baking time and temperature are the same. Just follow the same steps from the cream puffs ebook.

  • Perfect

  • I made this for a party and It was gone the second I put it out ^_^ Thank you very very very much!!!!!
