Roms are illegal if you own the cart or not. The only thing legal is the emulator. But most crimes go unpunished and no one's out there making sure N64 games don't get downloaded so do whatever you want. Just pointing out its still illegal.
What you just said doesn't make sense! Emulators and ROMs ARE "LEGAL" AS LONG AS YOU OWN THEM! Whats the point of having an emulator and you can't play ROMs? Get your facts straight buddy...
