That's the best part about it! Capcom made this game as a homage for their fans, and everybody knows that the best Megaman games were the simplest ones, where there was no bullshit. Those were Megaman 1/2/3.
Hell, they even added a feature in the options called "Legacy Mode", which makes the sprites flicker, if there are a lot of stuff in the screen. Capcom is so awesome...

The only stage I can beat in this game is Splash Woman's but I cant beat her no matter how hard I try. I just suck at this game.
