Not sure what the Tenkai pop move is exactly. I am doing Longitudinal Palm in most of those. (Which is Tenkai turned 90 degrees sure.. if yah wanna get anal about it. Hee hee)

It's my own thing (As far as I know) called the Bizzaro Flip. I taught it in my lecture notes and in the Linking ring Feb. 2007 parade.
