try using ninja stopping power and scavenger so u can keep using grenades and so on and instead of using any sights try fmj or silencer unless you really dislike a guns scope and use the m93 raffica and see how you do with that if you become really confident with it use a famas or m16a4 and see how you do if u suck with it just use a scar and a shotgun/ usp akimbo

If you wanna change your game style to something like steath and run flanks like i do then change your setup to be something like silenced heartbeat sensor acr. I normally do good like that. If you see a bunch of guys held up in one building then run around and kill them from behind. Stuff like that instead of run and gun.
