Guys,guys,guys....if you want to argue, then let's agree to some rules, f.i.:
If even the american government can't find anyone who has be endangered, not speaking of anyone who has been killed b/c of the leaks, then you should stop saying that crap.
Rule # 2: If everything, that wikileaks released is true, then how about you go crazy on the people who commit the real crimes, and not the ones, that open your eyes!
Well done Alan Colmes, exposing right wing hypocrisy. Conservatives go on and on about 'big government', then as soon as Wikileaks strikes, they're screaming for the heads of the people who have exposed the government's lies. We know what side they're really on.
Hypocrisy is bad. Lies and distortions are worse... The Valerie Plame affair was nothing more than a miscommunication between a few reporters and a few Bush officials, and in the end was found by the Justice Dept, and media, to be much ado about nothing. That it still lingers in people's minds as a scandal is too bad. But that's what you got with the msm and those who attacked Bush relentlessly, without all the facts.
Scooter Libby did not leak Plame's name. The person who leaked the name was Richard Armitage, a Clinton appointee who was held over by Bush 43 to keep stability in the State Dept. What's more, Fitzgerald knew this when he interviewed Libby. Libby was charged and convicted with a process crime, after it became apparent that there was no underlying crime. Libby should never have been charged in the first place.
