  • Great video! Worked like a charm on my 2012 Countryman!

  • On any 07, 08, 09, 10 MINI with bluetooth there is no reason that this should not work. The iPod will have nothing at all to do with it.

If the factory alarm systme is installed then you may have to remove the black plastic peice that the wires come out of to move teh microphone to the other side but there is space for the microphone on both sides.

  • doesn't work on my 2008mcs, doesn't have the extra space you depicted in your video instructions. maybe it's bc I have factory installed ipod player.

  • Awesome video! Worked real close to the same on my 2009. However, either my fingers are fatter than yours or the holes are a little smaller. I tore my fingers up and ened up having to use a string threaded from the destination hole and tied to the mic to get it to its final destination. Just a tip for any other 2009 MINI owners... That string will save you some fingers if you have fat fingers like mine...

Once again, awesome video. Thank you so much!

  • great video schatzy... I'm heading out to do this on my week-old MCS right now. =)
