Rafi at his best with his high notes. Thanks hansraj bah for making rafi sing high notes. Many composers could not mix the low and high notes like hansraj. Hence, he has given us some memorable music, using rafi of course. Madhubala was not given the higher notes. I wish he had made her go a note above rafi or at least match rafi.

Thanks a lot for posting this song. Almost after six decades I am listening to this melody. Though a child, I vividly remember the impact it had on young and old alike.  The song was often played by Radio Cylone but with the passage of time it lost into oblivision. You have revived many of my memories associated with this immortal song. Thanks and my blessings.
