@natekproductions1 The one at Cedar Point is not a replica of this. The one at Ceder Point is an Arrow Dynamics Custom Looping coaster which features both a loop and a double corkscrew. This is a Vekoma Mk-1200 Corkscrew with Bayerncurve and only has 2 corkscrews.
@LoveAltonTowers There were 8 made in total and 6 operate today. The ones still operating are Corkscrew at Playland, Corkscrew at Flamingo Land, Corkscrew at Genting Theme Park, Star World Mountain at Beto Carrero World, Super Manège at La Ronde and Super Wirbel at Holiday Park.
Yes, and this opened in 1980, not 1979. You see, 1979 is actually one year before 1980, making Super Wirbel (the one in Germany) 1 year older. Do you understand yet, or do I need to go into even more detail?
Though Corkscrew had a tendency to rattle rider's heads, it was still a great coaster, and it's special to me, as it was the first Roller Coaster with an inversion I ever went on!
I'm not a terribly big fan of roller-coaster rides but I'm very impressed with this video, the editing and camera work all are top notch, Excellent Work.
Although this ride, when ever I went on it, gave me a splitting head ache, I'm going to miss it dearly, I just hope the ride replacing it will match the epicness as this did
My mum rode that on the first day it opened

Well, other people might.

As flat rides go, it's not exactly a great one.
