I love your arrangement. As for the lack of basic organ tones...we all have to work with what we have, and every organ is lacking something somewhere...some just more than others haha
I've been organist there for two years and the organ builder still escapes me. There is a plaque to my left on the console and I can see it -- but not the name! It is a company out of Kansas City. I'll have to try to get back with you! (P.S. it's not just the lack of an 8' princ. that's wrong... there are other crazy things about it as well - but we won't go into those!)
The only Kansas City organ builder I know of is Charles McManis, and I am a voicer for a major organ building firm

I think the Zimbelstern was a nice touch. Who's our builder? Thats almost wrong that theres no 8ft principal.
