how do you guys get to 14k damage??? i just started a few weeks ago. should i find a weapon with a good elemental+ or do i add all base damage?

i play a monk.

@ejayarts It's pretty easy with grenade launchers, they have a very high base damage. I have a 3k+ base damage wep and do about 55k with it. All in spec / gear / projectiles / sec.

I did it with a worse gear just last night. Also, you need to adjust the route slightly at the Bowling Ball turrets since they now shoot if you stand close enough to Piercing them (and they shoot practically sideways). But I had over 30 sec to spare so there's plenty of room. My Dancing Cav has 1343dmg/4sps/1181projspeed. I reckon you can drop as low as ~1100, maybe 1050, before you need to start jumping.

and that is just imposible... 21k dps? really? now anyone tell me u get that weapon from normal drop and u can upgrade to do 21k dps (also 1k+ projectile speed)

i got that weapon few times, but never with good enough stats to get even close to that dps.... so... hack ftw... and then yes, is easy...

@alinusi19 My grenade launcher at the time is just 1400+ dmg, 4speed, 1000 projectile speed. 23 upgrade. That's not even close to godly. In fact I'll link it.

This only works in the pc version were you can aim. On Xbox, you need about 3400 speed and shoot from one out of two places in the beginning. But only the AOE will hit, so it will deal crap damage. Takes about 1min to destroy with a good GL. So best done in 2player were one huntress takes two first crystals and the other spends most the time killing the third. That's how I easily farmed 10 Blasticus in 30 mins

@kelvinlauky i've done some research, and yes, projectile speed more than 1050 or so is needed to shoot last crystal from that point.

@Jairyoku No its because grenades dont count towards the range cap, and you need more then 1050, or i cant find the right spot since i have to jump to hit 1/2 shots
