I have the same problem with the scalp issues & breakouts. I think it has something to do with the changing seasons and also diet. Sometimes its worse at different times. KERACARE dry & itchy scalp shampoo helps.

these are great tips all the same stuff my stylist told me and i try to follow it. also another tip is to sleep with your hair up or use a satin pillow. when you sleep thats all you get all those knots under there when you lay down. you look so tan and luscious in this video !

@LoveMelisaMichelle girly i thought the same but that shampoo has loads of sulfates ans silcone:/ i went to my cousins house and she told me about Giovanni triple tea treat w/ tea tree and rosemary...I'm never going back! my hair isn't as oily/itchy:) its organic and helped grow my hair out too~

@xBr0oklynBeautyx try a deep conditioner! aussie 3 minute miracle is amazing! put in on your dry hair and leave it on for an hour and shampoo it out, Also try a sulfate free shampoo it has no sulfate so your hair wont dry out! loreal eversleek is amazing :)

you should try tea tree oil shampoo! tea tree oil is fabulous for your scalp! i used to get big bumps on my scalp too and tea tree oil shampoo helped! i got mine from sally's by the gvp brand.

OMG my scalp is the same way, and i've been using head and shoulders for years now!!!! every now and then i use other shampoos but i use the head and shoulders once a week to get a very good clean!

I do everything exactly as you except I use different hair products, plus I deep condition once a week. I recommend it to those who have dry or damaged hair. I don't add a lot of hair products to my hair either.

I had a similar issue with my scalp but what was causing it for me was the sulfate in the shampoo. Switched to a sulfate free shampoo and I finally found relief!
