All I can say is send money orders if shit looks shaky and keep the copies. It happened to me and I wasn't in any arrears and she even lied on the paper while we were staying together. We were in court and she knew we were suppose to bring check stubs and everything. She brought NOTHING. I showed mine and it worked out in both of our favor I thought. Now I didn't know she was pregnant with some church guys kid the whole time. Anyway, let's just say what goes around comes around happened.

Sadly this is how it works...My husband has never missed one child support payment in 15 years(NOT ONE) and his daughter is not biologically his. He has just the two with his ex wife who has recently taken him back to court to raise child support payments. The children are 17 and 16..We live 12 hours from her (my husband is military) and we have to pay ALL expenses for them to see him and she does NOT meet him halfway/3/4 of the way.

Sadly this is how it works...My husband has never missed one child support payment in 15 years(NOT ONE) and his daughter is not biologically his. He has just the two with his ex wife who has recently taken him back to court to raise child support payments. The children are 17 and 16..We live 12 hours from her (my husband is military) and we have to pay ALL expenses for them to see him and she does NOT meet him halfway/3/4 of the way.
