Do you usually go around showing off your ignorance so publicly? Actually, a hotel is considered a place of public accommodation. Therefor it is implied that the public can come onto the property. You'd have to first be told to leave. Also, virtually all the hotels in the area invite me onto their property as they don't want the hookers either. They also like to take the Johns money and then use me as an excuse to kick THEM out and keep the cash.

Talk about not having common sense. Obviously I do not encourage others because it is extremely dangerous. I do however encourage people to call police, video tape a crime, be willing to testify in court etc. But most citizens would get themselves hurt or killed in the first week.

legally, it is only prostitution if money changes hands before the sex. if he pays her after, technically it isn't prostitution, he's just paying her for sex.

You don't really believe that do you? If that was true then all prostitutes would collect after (with a pimp standing outside the door). In reality, most states define prostitution as an exchange of ANYTHING of value for sexual gratification (before, during or after the sex). In Oklahoma you don't even have to prove payment - just an ct of public lewdness because it is the same statute.
