Just because a person is sniffing and touching his nose doesn't mean he is doing drugs

I sniff and touch my nose when I have a cold and a runny nose. There could be a funny smell in there or even dust.

But I guess since he is out, and he is talking you Scions will put him down and say he is using drugs, typical I didn't expect any less.
