@debateme1 - The "hu" tagged onto the first Allah is used to connect the two Allahs together. To say AllahAllah in connection without a break or another vowel will create a "ha" sound in the middle and create another word. Allahu Allah allows you to clearly split the two Allahs to create two seperate words. You will notice that the last "Allah" in Talib's phrase does not have a "hu."

@wintercandyrex It's just an Arabic grammar thing. The vowel on the last letter of a word in Arabic is determined by the context of the word and in this context, there is a 'dhamma' on Allah's name. In spoken Arabic the vowel isn't usually pronounced, which is why we stop at 'h' and don't say the 'hu' bit. It's difficult to explain unless you know the basic rules of Arabic grammar, but basically it doesn't impact on the meaning. Hope that helps :)

it is stated in 1 corinthians 14:34 " let your women keep silence in the churches: for it is not permitted unto them to speak; but they are commanded to be under obedience as also saith the law. Now lets see what christians say about women in the bible. According to the new testament 1 timothy 2:11-14 " Let the woman learn in silence with all subjection. A subtle hint in this verse is that instead of each demanding his, or her, rights, they should be mindful of their duty towards each other. This will eliminate the problem of demanding ones rights because the rights of women are nothing but the duties ordained for men. Likewise mens rights are merely duties enjoined upon women. Thus when the respective duties are performed, the rights of each party will automatically be fulfilled.
it is stated in the quran (2:228) " And women shall have similar rights of equality as is due from them (husbands). But, the men have a degree over them (in responsiblity and authority). And Allah is most almighty, all wise". The verse outlines the mutual rights of spouses, and emphasises that men are under the same obligation to grant womens rights as women are to grant the rights of men.
according to the learned scholars of islam the reason for giving preference to the mother is on account of her exeptional efforts such as the difficulties of pregnancy, delivery and nurturing. therefore she alone is blessed to deserve recompense for this in the hereafter as well as greater honur in this life.

To say AllahAllah in connection without a break or another vowel will create a "ha" sound in the middle and create another word. Allahu Allah allows you to clearly split the two Allahs to create two seperate words. You will notice that the last "Allah" in Talib's phrase does not have a "hu."

@wintercandyrex It's just an Arabic grammar thing. The vowel on the last letter of a word in Arabic is determined by the context of the word and in this context, there is a 'dhamma' on Allah's name. In spoken Arabic the vowel isn't usually pronounced, which is why we stop at 'h' and don't say the 'hu' bit. It's difficult to explain unless you know the basic rules of Arabic grammar, but basically it doesn't impact on the meaning. Hope that helps :)

Right, that's because male babies are circumcised on the 8th day (the start of the second week), and that is enough to make the woman clean. Female babies are not circumcised, so the full two weeks is necessary. It's by no means a case of Sexism, for G-d made Chavah (Eve) from Adam's rib - making her equal to him. However, there are 12 tribes of Israel. Maybe you are talking of the different factions of Christians. ie: Catholics, Baptists, etc.

Quraan was revealed to da prophet(pbuh) and has passed down, 4 mankind to follow it's a book of guidence, a book of rules and obligations dat we may follow and live a better life so if we do righteous deeds and we believe we go to heaven were dat is eternal.

A subtle hint in this verse is that instead of each demanding his, or her, rights, they should be mindful of their duty towards each other. This will eliminate the problem of demanding ones rights because the rights of women are nothing but the duties ordained for men. Likewise mens rights are merely duties enjoined upon women. Thus when the respective duties are performed, the rights of each party will automatically be fulfilled.

it is stated in the quran (2:228) " And women shall have similar rights of equality as is due from them (husbands). But, the men have a degree over them (in responsiblity and authority). And Allah is most almighty, all wise". The verse outlines the mutual rights of spouses, and emphasises that men are under the same obligation to grant womens rights as women are to grant the rights of men.

I just want to put forward a few statements regarding womens rights in islam and then what christianity says about women. firstly in a hadith sunnan nisai it is stated that a companion by the name of jahmah may allah be pleased with him said to the holy prophet "o messenger of allah, i desire to go on a (military) epedition and i have come to consult you." He asked him if he had a mother and when he replied that he had, he said " stay with her because paradise lies beneath her feet"

@xAllahsServentx come brother/sister, I know there is cause to be aggrieved, but we as Muslims must remember to follow the prophets (sallalahu alaihiwasallam) example, for even to his worst enemies he was always courteous in speech. Remember he found the best in everyone. Such language as you have used is not becoming to a Muslim where Allah has commanded us to be beautiful and dignified in the way we behave with our fellow human beings.
