I was liking it up until the end, when you left the jacket of the cable outside the connector. The point of the load bar is keep the pairs twisted up to the closest possible point to the pins. The point of that plastic tab that pops down at the cable end of the connector is to crimp down on the jacket, as a strain relief. The way you made this cable, all the force holding the cable to the connector lies on the actual electrical connection, which means it won't last very long.
