@Fezzler61 You might need to click options and deselect "low latency monitoring" (I think that's what it's called I'm half wake right now lol, but you'll see what I mean). Make sure you re check it before tracking or you WILL have latency.
Why isn't it done like a plug in, by that I mean like POD farm where you don't need to record it in to the plug in? Not that its any harder, just wondering if its possible to use it like POD farm.
@dmckay91 They could actually make it a hardware plugin. I'd prefer that actually. That's where plugins still have an advantage. They just record the direct signal. You always have your DIs in any DAW, so when you get some real amps suddenly you can remake all your songs while sitting back and having some tea hehe. You COULD use the Eleven Free plug and reamp from that when you're ready but the latency is introduced back into PT.
But think of how much cheaper this is. Here in Australia it is $1,500 cheaper for the Elven Rack plus you get an interface and recording software thrown in. With the Axe FX you get nothing extra.
I can't seem to preview the reamp like Sean does. Only print it. ???

I can get it to record the audio, but I can't listen to the audio track like he does at 2:03. Any ideas what the problem might be?

I was almost sure the eleven rack was put over the marshall. When he put his hands over it, I got kind of confused, Optic illusion. cool

Pro Tools only. :(

You don't need Pro Tools to use it at all - only to see the pretty pictures. You can set it up from the front panel very easily.

U can use it w/o pro tools as a stand alone processor. Also, it comes with pro tools LE, so you can access all its functions.
I love pro tools and I'm gonna buy this tomorrow assuming the sale of my Profire goes through.

Cool device. Wish he went into more of the power of the box itself. I am very happy with my Pod X3L which I can afford!

The price beats the AxeFX hands down. The flexibility will kill the POD.

I just don't like Pro-Tools, it's a pain in the ass software
