Unfortunately, I don't actually own the game (yet). I plan on getting it for a birthday present for myself, but right now, I'm stuck with monkey ball one, complete with a permanantly damaged save file (waaaaaaah). Do you know the actual name of the music?
love this so much..this is exactly what my one friend does while my other friend and I race (we call her our assassin)..we play 50 laps each time..tradition..we call the baseball bat bombs..f bombs. lol! dont know how many of you will find this funny but for me it is. :D
The ball is supposedly for their protection (how else would they be able to go into space, with pressure at 1E-30 psi (or something - not zero as there's quite a few stray atoms around, even in the large voids of the cosmic web)?).
I totally don't know. If I could get my own Action Replay codes (in a way like Shark Link), I would not only find this out, but you'd be seeing a world tour of SMB1's scenery real quick (provided my uploading problem is resolved).
I've won the races without moon jump. It's tougher, yes. I actually have more difficulty coming in first with the two beginner ones than any of the others. Without items, my best for the heart ring one is only third.... I've had first a few times in the banana one. I easily get first in the expert courses and often in the advanced ones.
I would like to get to somewhere after Stugu Lake to before Mebna Lake, most likely in the eastern part of the Stugu Plains before I first start getting a new video of the development progress. I've had this thought planned since mile 2 was reached and I'm currently at 27.8 doing an average of about 3 miles per day. While considerably slower, it offers numerous advantages, of which will likely be explained in the related video.
90 in all. It takes nearly 7 minutes to cross that at the speed of sound (~762 mph). I have no experience at all with the Xbox 360 so that part means nothing to me.
I've been involved with the fifth remake of the landscape for my 2D game, this time using the game engine to do it. I haven't had much in the way of videos with above-neutral motive. I've had thoughts of posting the golf one that I did, my current best and I've had thoughts of getting more of SMB2. I've got a walkthrough, but motive went negative for that.... There may be times where I could go almost a whole month without posting anything (except forums I frequent or comments posted here).
I've only done ten stages of the 150 in the game, hardly anything. It's more motivating to use text screens instead of narration, almost twice as motivating.
hahahahaha! neat trick!

Ugh. I've been trying to find the starlight highway theme, and failing miserably. Ulillillia, do you know where I can find it?
alternalose 2 years ago
What do you mean by "Starlight Highway theme"?
ulillillia 2 years ago
I mean the music that plays on the monkey race course, "Starlight Highway." (the one you demonstrated the racing fun on)
alternalose 2 years ago
Use debug mode (I should have this code in the SMB1 world tours video's jungle segment) and use the sound test feature.

Of the 100+ video game songs I have in my collection, I know the names of exactly 0 of them. In other words, I can't be of any help.

Crud. Ah well, thanks anyway.

So what does that purple-black object do?
noobpug4 2 years ago
I think you're referring to the gravity ball thing. It just slows you down. I find it faster to just fall out as soon as I get hit with it.

how do fly to the other side

Use Action Replay and the "hover" code found at Action Replay Central.

Slow and sure usually makes a better game (Look at the Xbox 360) How many miles do you have to do altogether in the game?

SMB2 is not an old game. Old would be like Sonic 3 and Spyro 2 (at least ten years old anyway).
