Check out - Jorn, Masterplan, Allen/Lande, Avantasia (Scarecrow), Ayreon, etc. A world class singer from Norway. He is of many compared to Dio and David Coverdale. DIO has also mentioned him on concert as one of the greatest singer. The cd's with Russell Allen has been melodic rock cd's of the year when they arrived. Check out the music of Jorn Lande. I think you will like it. :)

Yes, I know very well what i´m talking about, if you want to reply me please have some arguments.I have said HE IS A GREAT MUSICIAN, but is very true he repits many notes, very same notesEVERYTIME;listen all the record and see. It´s a problem that malmsteem has too and it´s consecuence of MANY YEARS PLAYING THE SIMILAR STYLE and it´s a problem that hapens when you are playing 20 YEARS OR 30. But you can solve this stoping playing, playing with other musicians, having hollydays or smoking joints.

Agree....this band puts passion in their music like very few guys do nowadays.... the fact is that Axel has released all of his albums using SPV and he's like being home there...so passion comes in, cause nobody tells those guys what to do...this music comes from their hearts and of course through Johnny's awesome voice. Good music isn't just fast notes..I don't say that Dragonforce is bad, they're good, but this music has really great feelings...you have to love melodic hard rock to enjoy this
