  • This guy reminds me of Lars Ulrich for some reason lol :3

  • @JesusOfSuburbia11511 LOL you wanna see a lars ulrich look alike look at my fiancee. But great video <3

  • how much is a good tip with tattoos? I never know how much is normal and i just spent hundreds of dollars on the tattoo so tips arent really fun haha

  • how much is a reasonable tip for a tattoo that cost euro80? euro10? anyone help me out? and considering you dont tip here in spain when you eat out do you still think its normal to tip the tattoo artist? and especially would it be weird if you call in once a week for a chat anyways?

  • all of u saying "the money goes to the shop n equipment", very true. but also...almost every tattoo artist i know works in and OUTSIDE the shop. ik a tattoo artist named kenny who makes almost 300-500 a day! so calm down bout tips. u dnt need them. n if were wasting a tattoo artist "time" then u chose the wrong career.

  • All you idiots talking shit just stick to the homey tattoos made with cheap ink and "GUNS" as you like to call 'em and live with regret. Haha! IDIOTS! You are the exact description of nasty ass individuals that he's talking about and can do without! Oh, and the the tipping comment, people with common sense know not to take the $100 literally! STUPIDS! It's just well mannered to be thoughtful if the artist was thoughtful and kind to you. Like you would for a service provider such as a waite

  • Brootalmuch is right on.

  • You guys don't understand the money you pay that artist doesn't go right into his pocket. The artist gives it to the shop and that money covers all artist salary and tattoo equipment and the shop's bills and expenses he doesn't see any of it till he gets his paycheck. Not tipping your artist is the same thing basically as not tipping your waiter. The money you pay a waiter/waitress doesn't go into their pocket there extra money comes from tips, same with tattoo artists.

  • @Monkeyhappypeople i agree with you, but its just rude to expect a tip if the person does a good job and is nice id tip them this guy just seems full of himself

  • MUST tip...... hhahahaha fk you

  • If I give an artist 1000 dollars for a day of their work, and they become offended because I don't give them another 100 bucks, they need to go sell drugs or something. I just paid you 1000 dollars and you expect more? Stupid video.

  • only broke ass mother fuckers who get shitty basement homeboy tattoos think tipping is not needed.

a good tattoo isnt cheap and a cheap tattoo isnt good

  • sorry were not all hygenic with a fohawk fag!!

  • So now people should tip me for using any software I develop? Sweet.

  • I see a target on your shirt let me try my aim with my glock.....

  • you talk like an ass

  • tip? most tattoo artist charge an average of £100 per hour, you guys earn a fortune, i understand that it cost a lot for equipments needles ink etc but tattooist still earn a very nice pay packet, to say that customers invade the artist personal space its also the same for the customer. an even nicer gesture is recomending the artists... everything that was said was cool until i heard the tipping part lol

  • @MrClamSmaka

I know right? You go a full day with an artist, that's like 800. And this guy says to give them more money, that's hilariousness.

  • Fuck off you greedy cunt

  • Fuck off you greedy cunt

  • Why would u tip the tattoo artist that's fucked man

  • why the fuck do you have to tip a tattoo artist?

  • customers always right

  • I was texting all the time when I got mine done.... I am not stupid to move my other arm.

  • wow - a lot of cheapos on here - do you tip your barbers? i go out of my way to make sure my clients are happy and i highly appreciate ANY tip - it's more about the gesture.......

  • And you should NOT wax your eyebrows!

  • I am in the artist's personal space while getting a tattoo??? I think it's the other way around. i mean who's imprinting who? the money should be more than enough

  • Agreed with everything except the tipping part. I paid around $1,200 for my left forearm tattoos and never tipped (because really, that's enough) and my artist and I are like bros whenever I get a new one.

  • @RowdenA7X true...

  • @iLoveAltNation Well considering they have just drawn a piece of art that will be on you FOREVER, I think that 100+ an hour is a reasonable price. And like he said, it's only manners to tip, especially if the artist has done a really good job. It's not like he's demanding you to tip.

  • The ink is cheap enough to buy and not alot gets used in tattoo not even in a big piece and tattoo artists over charge for their time anyways. I think they make enough money and can live without being given tips lol. Keep the customer happy and they will come back for more tattoos and will recommend you to other people, its not about the tips.

  • @GAMEBOY379 I agree that he shouldn't make fun of customers or 'demand' a tip, but at the same time, the reason tattoos are so expensive is because it takes YEARS of not getting paid for these artists to hone their craft as well as the fact they only get paid when they do a tattoo and most only make 50% if you do three 300 dollar tats a week thats only 450 dollars and then comes taxes so less than 4, thats not much more than other people make and less than many

  • @GAMEBOY379 Lol, how much do you think tattoo pigments cost? And not the cheap shit that you find on Ebay from China. Do a little searching. Pigments aren't cheap in any way shape or form. Either is any of the equipment used to tattoo.

  • @GAMEBOY379 Are you fucking kidding me? Seriously.

  • @GAMEBOY379 Do you know how much it cost to run a shop and tattoo at the shop they need tips

  • Why do tattoo artists in the states always wants tips. Come over to the uk and tattoo here if you asked for a tip you would probly get sacked by the manager for being a scab. Im a tattoo artist and im just happy that people pay me for doing there tattoo lol

  • Okay,Ive watched your video, and I have several things to say:

1.When you said some people who just needs to brush their teeth, thats mean and rude. What if people skate or do something to fuck up their teeth to where they cant do nothing when they brush their teeth. What are you going to say then, that their ugly just because of their outside look.2.when you calling people stinky? Its not their fault they stink,so stfu, maybe they cant pay their water bill because they use all their money to buy food

  • @AliciaCrackerDawn I'm guessing your a smelly skater with bad breath then hahaha

  • @TheTurdinator84

actually no,I skate,I take showers and brush my teeth,.I have friend who dont, sso stfu.

  • a friend*

  • @AliciaCrackerDawn What's wrong cant you take a joke? Fuck you and your filthy friend.

  • @TheTurdinator84

I can take jokes, just not dumbass jokes . that dumbasses like you make when i was being serious when I made that comment. And you called that a joke? psh..

  • @AliciaCrackerDawn Sorry I took so long to reply I was getting a bath, something your dirty friend has never had hahaha. Friend not friends because somebody as miserable as you cant have more than one. ps you said friend

  • @TheTurdinator84

Yes I said a friend, doesnt mean I only have one.I have lots a friends.Dude she stinks get over it,she takes showers, just not all the time,at least shes out trin to support her family. What are you 13,cause your spelling shows it.not shite its shit, obviously you have no taste in music.

  • @AliciaCrackerDawn You are a retard, I said shite not shit because i'm british from yorkshire not everybody is american you know. Even if I did spell it wrong you know you have nothing to say when you have to resort to being a grammar nazi hahaha I love it.

  • @TheTurdinator84

Okay,I admit that I was wrong for correcting or thought I was.So Im going to stop making my self look like Im 12 when Im actually 17 argueing with some stupid dude I dont even know.who still insists on commenting back and still is acting his shoesize. So good bye you ass.hasta lluego

  • @AliciaCrackerDawn Good bye Thalidomide.

  • @AliciaCrackerDawn Ohh and another thing don't listen to linkin park there shite.

  • @TheTurdinator84

Linkin Park is a good band.In their music the sing and rap about real stuff.Unlike BOTDF.ADTR,and all these other stupid people. If I were you Ill shut up while your ahead.

  • @AliciaCrackerDawn There nothing but a manufactured pop band if you weren't so thick you would see that. what is BOTDF.ADTR?

  • @TheTurdinator84

A pop band or no,their good. And obviously you dont see that. And why does that even matter if I like them or not.Blood on the dancefloor, and A day to remember.

  • @AliciaCrackerDawn It doesn't matter I just wanted to annoy you and it worked too.

  • The tipping thing annoys me.. especially if im sitting there for 6 or 7 hours in pain and paying $100 something an hour fuck that I'm not made of money and you're taking your sweet ass time! My paying for the tattoo is enough! If it wasn't so expensive I wouldn't mind tipping but come on, seriously you're making bank as it is lol.

  • This is good to know, I really want a tattoo and I really don't like being a sucky customer, mainly because a sucky costumer gets sucky service; it's a fact. And a tattoo is permanent, so even more a reason to be a pleasant customer. Hahaha and giving the artist a tip is really nothing, they spent their time and materials to do your tattoo, the least you could do is tip them. :) now, would it be annoying for a tattoo artist to be asked about tips for future tattoo artists? Like, how they starte

  • this guy is mostly 100% right. i own my own shop in marietta georgia, well we just opened and although i dont ask for tips nor tell any of my artists to ask for them. But in my experience working in shops, it is very annoying to have these things happen, for those of you who arent tattoo artists you wont understand. so before you all bash this guy for what he is saying, put yourselves in our shoes. This isnt a part time job, nor is it a hobby, it is a career and we take it very seriously.

  • @HighTimeFridays If your so super concerned about making an extra buck off tips, charge more for your tats. I tip waiters/waitresses, and only then because they work on tips, you and everyone else expecting a tip can piss off.

  • @Theshamruck did you not read my statement? i said i dont accept tips nor do i tell any of my artists to ask for them. dumb ass

  • @HighTimeFridays did YOU read your own comment dumb ass? you said you dont ASK for tips you never said you dont ACCEPT them, stupid fucking asshole.

  • @Theshamruck haha if someone wants to give me a 5 dollar tip or something then they are more than welcome to, im not going to stop them. But i nor do my artists expect to be tipped, i have no signs or anything in my shop that says "tips are greatly appreciated" or "tips are welcome", but if a client hands you an extra 5 dollars you accept it. when you open your own shop and have been tattooing as long as i have, then you can come talk to me.

  • @HighTimeFridays I was waiting for the "you dont know what its like, walk a mile in my shoes" argument, but the bottom line is, everyone who provides a service of any kind likes a tip, MY POINT, you complete waste of a human brain piece of shit, is that when you charge such an exorbitant amount of money for something that in reality doesnt COST you very much, (overhead+payroll-income=profit) you shouldnt have a titty attack over a tip. Like this asswad in the video.

  • @Theshamruck i couldn't agree more, my shop is very reasonably priced, we charge by the piece, not by the hour like most shops do like 100+. And i couldn't care less if i got a tip, im not in it for the money, im in it because i love what i do.

  • @Theshamruck and this isnt my youtube channel, i dont have one. So commenting on all of the videos my friend has up doesn't effect me at all. i would have thought someone with superior intellect like yourself would have something much better to do with their time. may i introduce to my long time friend sarcasm. get a life kid

  • @HighTimeFridays "someone with superior intellect like yourself" I'm flattered, but flattery doesnt get you very far in life, time for you to wake up and grow up little guy, lots of things for you to learn. Let me conclude by saying from the bottom of my well of sincerity. TROLOLOLOLOLLOLOLOLOLOL. That is all. Good day Sir.

  • personally i think the whole tipping system is fucking retarded, im not rolling benze deep, i dont need to be throwing money at everyone, tat artists are like strippers most of what you pay goes in their pocket, they just rent space. so FUCK you and your tipping request. when your done being a self righteous prick, you can bob my nob and my tip is what you wipe off your face. fucking assholes.

  • okay so, here is my opinon, i agree with iLoveAltNation, about pretty much everything they said! :) however, in the same sense, i agree with the artist as well, i mean they are under alot of pressure while giving a tatoo, its there for ever, they dont want to mess up. and when the customer isnt cooperating, and making a scene, or what ever, its hard to do the job right...as far as tipping goes, uhm...im pretty sure yuh make enough! :) just sayinnn....

  • I had to plug in my surround sound, and turn the speakers AND the computer all the way up just to hear this guy.... And then I realize he's just whining. What a waste.

  • I HATE tattoo artists, they think they're Fucking Rockstars!

  • This guy has the shinyist forehead O.O must touch!

  • I didn't tip in my first tat cuz didn't know I think I'll tip him nested time cuz it was my first tat I got a cross that costed 70$ with color,.

  • My Artist is great. He always does a great job and we get along super well. He also seems to charge me quite a bit less than what I expect it to cost there fore I normally slip him an extra 20-60 dollars depending on the amount of time the tattoo process has taken. If you're a regular client of the same shop or artist and you appreaciate their time and art you should be tipping. It's common courtesy.

  • my guy was great. i tiped him a lil extra. next tat he gave free. not a bad way to go.

  • Tipping is all part of good etiquette. If you can't afford to get a tattoo, and leave a tip, then don't get one. Yes, you tip a waitress/waiter. But the fact is, tattoo artists are working harder than a waitress/waiter. They're taking their time to draw up your design and put their talent into physical action. The least you can do is show your appreciation. Most of the money is going to the shop itself, not the artist. So if you're going to be a penny pincher, don't get tattooed.

  • I would kill to be A Professional Tattoo artist, and this asshole has the nerve to bitch like a little sissy, disgusting.

  • Normalize your goddamn audio!!! And while we're all dispensing advice either grow a proper beard or have a shave. Oh and another tip, when your hourly rate is ten times the national average and people are spending a weeks wage at a time to be in "your personal space" for a few hours don't piss and moan about the lousy tips, tips are for waitresses and barstaff, you have a professional you should act like a professional - do you tip your lawyer?

  • im a skinny nerd and im 18 and i didnt do anything of this, i did tip but all that other shit nope, i just sat there and took it like a man. so some ppl are just bitches

  • Oh shit your supposed to tip them?

  • TIP: Ok so, he worded that rather badly. he made it sound as though you are invading his space and should therefor pay him for having done so. This is not the case. The reason for tipping your tattoo artist is that, although you have paid a large amount of cash for the ink, the artist sees very little of it even if they own the shop. Most of what you pay for a tattoo goes to the shop overhead. As I said he worded it VERY badly, but tattoo artists do depend on tips.

  • when i do tattoo i always have people that wanna look at it none stop.

  • I agree with the tip thing my horrid job I deal with people to many can be nasty Give me a hard time for no reason then don't tip it's like come on now I live off my tips !

  • The $150/hour isn't enough?

Here's a tip for you, if you want more money raise your rate.

  • The worst tattoo artists:

    -Make fun of their customers

-Demanding a tip out of a customer when most shops charge 100+ an hour.

You should appreciate the customers you do get and don't be such an ungrateful little douchebag about it.

  • @iLoveAltNation okay just saying people pay millions of dollars for fucking paint thrown on a canvas and its called "abstract" you dont think these guys deserve a little bit extra for having to deal with these people all day its just a kind thing to do that's what kind people do in this world

  • @HDxZ0mBIE pussy boy

  • @iLoveAltNation the money we make through the tattoo does not go directly to them. it goes to the company itself to pay all of the expenses and bills and supplies and theeeen we get paid. its just like tipping a waitress. shes already getting paid . before you decide to try to put an artist done. know what we have to go through for all these people that do the things he just stated.

  • @MrMorbidink pussy boy

  • @iLoveAltNation where's your shop? :)

  • The tipping custom is stupid i dont know how americans put up with it

  • He is an Ass

  • youre a prick fuck you !

  • tip........ya cause my hundreds of dollars werent enough already

  • Lol fuck that i'm not tipping...

  • Tipping is out of the question if its not a 100% custom piece. some minor alterations don't count as long as they are made before the tattoo begins if its something I drew and brought in. I'm paying $100 or more for and hour of an artists time, tipping at those rates is a joke to say the least.

  • @

Robotslovecake1 ... ok, so if you stink ur prob. dirty and with tattoos thats a problem. about the "handling pain" if you shake or jerk alot cause ur a puss then ur tattoo is muffed up... ur fault. I have only a couple tattooist that do it to make money... artist do it for the love of it, so we dont want our " canvas " smelling lk shit or jerking... the art piece deserves more than that. I hate when ppl pretend to understand y we feel about things the way we do... we dont with ur job..dick

  • ok so Im a tattoo artist in nc usa and i must agree with the tip thing, however, a tip should only be givin if #1 the tattoo went above and beyound what you expected #2 you were a prick and generally hard to tattoo #3 you made alterations during the session #4 you enjoyed the experiance and made a friend with the artist and now only use him and finally #5 RESPECT!!!!! if your not a tattoo artist then you dont understand how hard it is to do, Great that is lol anyone can fuk up... tip

  • yeah tipping because youre in the artist"s "personal space" it a retarded reason to tip. bad argument for tipping bro. thats like tipping a mechanic for having to be near your car or a dentist for having to see your teeth lol. tipping should be based soley off the quality of the work and the amount of time the artist had to put in. if a tattoo artist has any problem with being close to their customer then obviously they shoulda picked a diff profession lol. service determines tips

  • when kids leave me tips i just go to the store and get them some tattoo goo with their tip and when they come in for their next session i give them the goo so they can care for their tattoo properly

  • Tip???! Invading your personal space??!!! But you choose to be a tattoo artist. So by definition you have to be close to your customer. How could they be invading your personal space if that is the requirement of getting a tattoo. No one forces a person to be a tattoo artist!!! So I certainly won't be tipping one because I gotta sit close to them!!!

Besides they are MAJOR pricey so as one person said, my tip will be a high five and a thank you very much sir for doing me right!!!

  • You don't always have to tip if you don't want to...what if the tattoo artist messed up and did a shitty job? i wouldn't tip them for shit, and judging by your eyebrows you probably do pretty fucked up and "uneven" tattoos...

  • REALLY: talking about people, and they're are paying you so you can have food in your stomach, and clothes on your back is very rude...who cares what they look or smell like, or how they handle pain...as long as they're giving you money and having something permanent that you made yourself on their body "forever", you shouldn't be a douche bag about it...KARMA always comes back around.

  • Dude you realize how much money a tattoo costs and you want a tip? O__o..

  • did you shape those eyebrows yourself ? ha

  • The last piece I had done, was something I had wanted for quite some time, but just couldn't find the artist. I finally found a sketch in this guy's portfolio, and knew that that was the one. I pointed it out, and he was ecstatic. He had been wanting to do this particular tattoo for two years and no one had wanted it. We had a quick discussion about making it "my" tattoo, and not just a sketch out of his book, and he got to work on it before I even left the shop. $100 tip. Service = tip.

  • Seriously? What's the difference between a waitress taking and bringing out your order and a tattoo artist? Both of them are giving you a service, a tattoo artist more than a waitress. (S)He is drawing out what you want and putting it on your body. The least you could do is tip him/her. It was your choice to spend the 300 dollars for your tattoo.

  • fuck youuuu bastard!!!

  • ALWAYS TIP YOUR ARTIST!!!!!!!!! if you ever want them to do more work on you they will remember that you tipped them and they will most likely want to do a better job.

  • A tip? Now I can understand tipping if I got a little tattoo around $70 or so, but if I get a large, pricy tattoo you damn well better not expect a tip. Why do all these tattoo artist think they're so bad ass? Douche bags...

  • Screw tipping! They should be thankfull they have a customer who is willing to let the artist put something on their body that will be on there forever.

  • I dont see why you wouldn't tip... I mean sure you are spending a lot already, but how much of that gets put in his pocket... I think it would seem rude not to tip... (: thats just me though. maybe its because i have been around a lot of tattoo artists, with my family and whatnot but I don't know.. I will always give at least a 20 dollar tip... unless he is an asshole (:

  • a tattoo is permanent and a BIG DEAL... i wouldnt want this asshole having any part of that

  • If you can't tip for a service that asks for it, don't get that service at all. How fucking hard is that?

  • @bcrawfordflushing LOL!! My brother got his done and it came out really nice.. I asked if he tipped and he gave a pissing look!! He was like,"TIP?? TIP?? THIS FUCKIN TATTOO COST ALMOST 200 BUCKS....THAT WAS MY FUCKING PAYCHECK!! HIS TIP IS MY FUCKIN PAYCHECK!

  • Tipping!!!! You're joking mate! The reason people tip a waitress is because they are getting paid $5 an hour. If I am paying $200 an hour to my tattoo artist I don't think they need a tip on top of that. If they do a good job their tip comes with people asking where I got my ink, and me referring those people to them.

  • @duyvomackay what you dont understand is that sure you might be paying $200 for a tattoo but only a percentage of that goes to the artist. the shop gets a lot of money from these artists. how do you think they stay open?

  • heres a tip go fuck yourself you bird

  • I think he's leaving these tips for New Time Tattooers'. I do not appreciate the "Don't be stink." Or him telling the story. Everyone handles pain differently. But i do understand the

    Don't fidget.

    Don't bring your baby.

    Don't text.

  • I don't see why everyone is getting mad at the fact that he mentions tipping. I ALWAYS tip my artist. I don't think you realize that the money they charge for you tattoo goes to paying for the space, buying more needles, ink, lotion, etc... The artist doesn't get the full amount of what is being charged. You are getting a piece of art put on your body for a lifetime. The least you can do is tip the person who made it possible.

  • A TIP??? Motherfucker im probably paying your rent bill, and your still crying for a fucking tip? What a fool!!!

  • If u cant handle the pain, DONT GET A TATTOO!

  • @superman1987kk to those that havent done one then how would they know that then?:P tho me personly i kind of like it maby not like my second tattoo i sat there for like 3 and half h but after that i found my tattoo artis and gone there ever seens got a full arm tattooed and my chest and starting on my right arm now hehe

  • I must say I agree with some of the points he makes, such as the point on hygiene. BUT one of my pet hates are people who make fun of other people who perhaps don't have a high pain threshold. It was the guy's first tattoo, he was obviously very nervous about it. I remember I was shitting bricks about my first one, and if my artist showed even a flicker of smugness about that, I would have walked out and got my tattoo done by another artist. Nervous customers need a bit of TLC, not smugness.

  • @weetabexx I actually agree with you there , this guy should be nicer to first timers .

  • @weetabexx They're tattoo artists, not your mother.

  • Dude alot of tattoos take hours and it's just nice to give a tip

  • WTF! You'll take a picture of the tattoo you made and use it as propaganda for your work FOREVER without paying the person who actually GOT the tattoo (btw, they pay YOU) and you want a TIP?

  • LOL....I agree with all of this except how little does the artist charge an hour to require a tip? I'm a designer and I don't ask for a extra tip for every design I create.....charge what you want to make....

  • No Tips unless your on the min wage.

  • why do you keep swallowing really hard. its fucking annoying.

  • whats wrong with texting while you are getting a tattoo. it might take your mind off the pain.

  • WAIT TIP? how much does the damn ink cost? GOLLY, how much does your hand cost for you to put it on in the morning, TIP? AFTER I PAY HOW FUCKING MUCH???? THE PRICE is worth it, but a tip, are you serving wine, and food as well, I'll tip that...

  • i know that i will be scared gettin my first tatto an i would like to not be laughed at or anythang im glad i will never go to your store. an u should hope none of your customers see this you would lose soooo much money

  • Im guessing the people don't build relationships with their artists and don't tip are the same ones that do not put much thought into the permanent artwork they are putting on their body and pick a piece of flash from the wall and believe they have something unique. Ive been friends with mine for over 10 years.Tip your artist, and when you're getting 4-6 hours of work done and and its 8pm, buy them some fucking dinner. A couple pizzas is only 20 bux or so. But dont forget to tip the pizza guy.

  • Tattoos can cost a shitload, though it depends. That's how i decide on the tip. It's all circumstantial

  • Of course you should tip! I dont think alot of people realize that the artist doesn't keep all the money. Alot of it has to go back into the shop for inks, machines and other equipment so YOU can get tattooed.

  • @ashleigh18v

All too true, tattooer is paying anywhere from 40-60% back to the shop. That covers the shops bills & what ever supplies the shop furnishes. Then out of what the tattooer is left with they have to buy supplies of their own as well as paying taxes. So truthfully when all is said & done that kanji you paid $80 for actually paid the tattooer who applied it as little as $16 so yeah, tips are appreciated.

  • wait i do understand tipping waitresses or bartenders but why the fuck tattoo artists?

  • Reading people complain about tipping is fucking retarded. You obviously have no clue how the price structures break down and what it actually costs the artist in time and money to put permanent artwork on you. Shop fees, rent, inks, equipment, etc etc.

Stop being fuckin douche bags and cough up some money you cheap fucks. or did you spend all your cash on No Fear tattoos or that shit you picked off the wall?

  • fuck off with your tip you overcharge for tattoos any way!l

  • WTF do you want the tip for? I have 3 tattoos! Cost 500+180+250 each! And still he wants to leave him a tip? I ve spent almost 1000 euros to you! Is he fucking crazy? Maybe he should tip me for being a good customer!

  • @f3d0n4k0z I agree wtf heres a tip, Fuck off! haha

  • Comment removed

  • @f3d0n4k0z

How about getting one less tattoo and tipping the tattoo artist with a good 10%? I mean what is the matter with people like you, acting cheap as hell while actually being too stupid to properly balance your finances. It has been a common courtesy for hundreds of years to offer some sort of appreciation for a lifelong gift. They have to make a living too jackass.

  • Respond to this video... Thanks for your piece buddy. And i apologize on behalf of the ungrateful portion of the human race.

  • Comment removed

  • I texted while I got mine, but mine was on my foot.

    So it's a bit different I suppose.

  • If you can't afford a babysitter you probably shouldn't be paying for a tattoo

  • SAME GOES FOR MASSAGE THERAPISTS LOL!! Turn off your phone, have good hygiene, don't make crazy noises or fidget too much, don't be late for your appointment, don't bring your kids, and always leave a good tip!!

  • Must be a US thing never seen any one tip a tattoo artist in australia $150 an hour on average here is enough to cover it.if not charge more...

  • from a fellow ARTIST... you nailed it my friend.

  • Tips are much appreciated. Just because the artist is charging you 200, 300, 400+ for the tat doesn't mean that money is going to them. If it's not their shop, just working there, they only get a percentage of that money. Sometimes it's not much. And the supplies cost a lot. For example next time you get a tat look at how many bottles of ink they have in the shop. Yeah buddy, your looking at several thousand greenbacks. And that's just the ink!

  • I brought my daughter in to get her footprints drawn and than my mom took her and left. I've always tipped my artist.

  • Damn right you shouldn't bring your kids.

  • man your a greedy dick. i know several tattooists and you guys charge like 200 fucking dollars an hour. and your asking for tips. jesus christ, thats terrible. you should be thankful you still have customers, incase you havn't noticed where in the worst recession since the great depression.

  • @hawkspa10808 then dont get tattoos dickhead.

  • @hawkspa10808 well then maybe they shouldnt be gettin a tattoo if they are complaing about payin $200 for a tatoo. ive been to tattoo shops where the artists buy their own supplies & the $200 for a tattoo doesnt go to the artist enitrely.

  • TURN THE FUCKING VOLUME UP JESUS CHRIST.

  • Yes, if the mother spent all her time looking for people making fun of her wuss son on youtube...

  • typical so called professional tattoo artist that think there all that just like they get off on apprenticeships having people work for free so they can show them how to clean there shop and be there bitchboy and charge overprice for there crap

  • I think he respects customers overall, just not the ones that act like total self centered dicks. What kind of moron is going to fuck around and figet while paying someone else to jab at them with a sharp needle that will leave a permanent marking.

I don't understand how this guy is being an ass. He's not naming any names and overall he is pretty laid back. I'm pretty sure anyone calling him a dick has complained about their job in a much more disrespectful manner.

  • @MouthFullOfCrabs and yeah hes not naming any names but if that person who waited for there mom saw this he would know it was him and would of saw him making fun of him

  • Kind of like my artist. I want to tip him because he doesn't expect to be tipped and he does the best work I have ever fucking seen. Better than this assholes. My artist is Jason Vogt and is in Guy Aitchisons new 2011 tattoo book for tattoo artists and was pick out of 350 artists world wide. fuck this guy.

  • @folkrockman What counrty is he in? I want a tattoo done by him.

  • @folkrockman Jason Vogt is awesome. Ive seen a bunch of his digital art collabs

  • I wouldn't tip this guy either. Dudes an asshole.

  • Maybe they don;t tip you Brock because you're a cock and you're always expecting it. Quit expecting it and you might get a tip. By the way, if you cannot handle people doing annoying shit while your tattooing you might wanna find a different career path. It doesn't sound like it's the job for you dude. Get over yourself. the only argument that you had brock that was understandable was the lady bouncing her kid on her lap while she was getting tattooed. Other than that STFU!
