Unless I misunderstood the conversation, Pat Toomey never advocated pulling from the Strategic Petroleum Reserves (SPR). He was advocating that Congress allow domestic oil exploration and drilling.
Poppy Harlow's warning that sole reliance on the SPR wouldn't work was completely ancillary to the conversation.

why didnt she mention the trial lawyers in the DNC are trying to sue OPEC?
I wouldnt't expect anything less from CNN. I stopped watching them a long time ago.
