In one of the longer Youtube videos of that day (I think it was one titled, in part, "2 of 3"), the video begins with Pike coming over to a student who is seated with fellow students, arms locked, across roadway. I have tried to decode what is said but can't. But it's very friendly and collegial, and Pike is gently patting the guy on the back (MORE)

But the content and emotional temperature of the exchange seems to me to be that these 2 have spoken before, and Pike knows this guy either to be some designated leader, or somebody he's previously communicated what's about to come. Pike seems to be telling him what kind of ammo is in the guns, or so it seems, or, what is the next step in what Pike & Co. are

His buddy next to him doesn't seem to even ask "what was that all about?" indicating he, too, knows what it was about. From everything I see, there is a very casual nature to all of this and it is a full 2 more minutes of Pike shaking his can of spray, taking his time, strolling back and forth.... and there is a line of cops facing you guys, and they come in to try to remove a few of you, or, for all I know, all of you, before they seem to be shoo'd away by Pike.... then they push backwards to avoid themselves being hit by what

But what I cannot reconcile, and have been hoping to hear it from someone right there on the front line, is this: WHAT WAS SAID in the minutes PRIOR to Pike coming over to that guy. Because NO ONE, NOT ONE PERSON, was clueless about, or surprised by the fact that PEPPER SPRAY WAS COMING

Or.. that yellow is just top of the pepper spray can, not sure. But regardless, it is VERY SPECIFIC. He goes after THAT SAME GUY.

You do realize that the cops asked the students REPEATEDLY to leave and indicted can there would be consequences, right? They were asked to disperse because of security concerns on campus.
