earlier today I maxed out at 29 pushups, i failed the 30th rep. i knew it was a simple of me doing completely different workouts for such a long period of time that my central nervous system hadnt had time to adapt to the new muscle memories yet and my muscles didn't remember how to use those groups for push ups. plus i went non-stop cause thats how i workout, and my pushups had superior form. despite all of this, i couldnt help but feel bad that an 8 year old out did me in that aspect.
