I moved on but I know many who cant find another job in todays economy and walmart takes that into consideration when they hire you. once upon a time sears was the largest retailer and Im sure with walmart buying everyone out example (lowes) they will always be the big kid on the block, but I hope one day to see them either fall or grow up and act like a big company. THEY NEED A UNION BADLY. and they know it

funny how a person can work for walmart 13 years and be called names, chewed out on the sales floor for something they had nothing to do with, job threatened often, still after all these years cant afford a home, or much of anything more than scraping by, heath ins offered by walmart is a joke. no future at a place like this and many managers people skills are poor. but ask walmart and they say they have the best ins, great pay, and so on. maybe they can try out politics, they r good at lying

one of the worst places in america to work for, unless your long term plans include being dirt poor, treated like your less than human, lied to, etc. I highly reccomend if you are considering a job at walmart pass it by and thank me later. DO NOT SHOP AT WALMART $30,000,000,000.00 profit last year and everyday low wages. I wish they would negotiate a good deal for associates health insurance as hard as they do on the merchandise they sell but thats not profitable. just pathetic

if you want to be green in any sense of the word, NEVER shop at wal mart! They buy so much from china where they are worse to the environment now then we were in the 19th century, they buy meat from factory farms that pollute like no other, and they are the epitome of pollution and corporate greed

Meanwhile the employees starve, trying to pay rent, car and health insurance AND food on 8.50 an hour. Don't forget how much of your taxes go to pay for social services for Walmart associates. So, you may get a buck off these batteries, but you pay for it later in higher taxes to support Walmart wages..
