do you have to knead the dough by hand after taking it out of the food processor? If not, then how long do you process it in the food processor. I've been told you have to knead the dough for a long time to get good roti.
Really you cooking good, i liked ur style but i dont like this style music that u use , its so horrible and boring...and give me headache...is more good when u no play this music...
This is a nice video, I tried to make roti using another video where the girl only let it cook for a couple seconds on each side, and then when I tried, they were not cooked and it wasnt good. Good job.
that's not a rolling pin, it's a bellna. you don't make round thingy's you make a thing called Loi. a skillet??? we use a thing called a Tawa. after your done you're supposed to clap the roti, that's why india roti is soo hard. clapping the roti "mek it soff an nice"
lol....are you west indian? what r u ? guyanese...trini....jamaican.... i just concluded to one thing....if roti came from india.....how come the indians that leftindia cook it better??? i think some where along the road, the people who left for the west indies and malaysia and fiji etc learned something.....or indians from india just lost something cause our roti is really really good, plus we have a huge variety :P
I have never seen any bread type of item cooked that way before, tt was surprising.
This is awesome and real home cooking Indian style, I wish I had the receipe. I have a gas stove and would love to make it. Then I could watch the kids faces when they puff up from the steam. AWESOME video!
No offence taken. Since I made that video over one year back my Roti skills have improved - My husband " map of different countries are integrating into the world globe".
There were requests to combine the dough and roti videos so that it was all in one. So I combined the two for the sake of those viewers who wanted to download only one to save space.
Yes the dough should be cold preferably chilled. Electrict stove should work but you may have to be extra careful so as not to burn the roti. Thank you for asking.
ROTI making looks is not your job lady. You need some more lessons
