these douche bags are hypocrits, lets claim we are appaled by violent rhetoric unless its richard trumpka telling a bunch of young people that its time to raise some hell, or like ed schultz saying we need to get fired up and punch republicans in THE FACE
There are way too many busy bodies in the government. They are not helping our nation, only controling us in every way possible. We are no longer free; they know they can push and push! There is little we can do but complain until we get someone who has a brain in the Whitehouse and a cabinet that matters, so we can sort out this mess! Many have forgotten who we are, what we stand for is freedom and people who love America! The rest are traders to freedom and our nation! God forgive them!

Kathleen Hogan said... hmmm... uhhhh.... yeah, okay Mrs Hogan. I am glad there are people such as Rand and his father Ron who stickup for the consumers. We Americans do not need people to tell us what we need to do. Suggests are okay, but we are sick and tired of being told what to do and what to buy.
We Americans can make & build things ourself. We need to stop depending on everyone else to make things for us. There was a time when 9/10 items sold here were made in the USA. We need it back
So do you think Americans would be energy efficient if there weren't laws in place. Does our country see the urgency to be energy efficient. If not, then what do we have to do to light the fire under people?
When you see that trading is done, not by consent, but by compulsion - when you see that in order to produce, you need to obtain permission from men who produce nothing....when you see that men get richer by graft and by pull than by work, and your laws don't protect you against them, but protect them against you - when you see corruption being rewarded and honesty becoming a self-sacrifice - you may know that your society is doomed. — Ayn Rand, Atlas Shrugged
Senator Paul speaks for all Americans with the capacity for rational thought. However, he missed a great opportunity when Hogan said, "I can help you find a tolet that works." He should have responded with, "That's just the point, we want the government to get out of our lives - to stop micromanaging everything we do! We don't need a federal bureaucrat to 'help us find a toilet that works'! We need Congress and bureaucrats to stop banning 'a toilet that works'!"
I like how brave Rand Paul is. I really wish he keeps it up with his attitude and emulates the honesty of his dad as much as he can so that in the future he could be a viable candidate for presidency.
He kept mentioning toilets and water and I thought about Aqua Buddha Toilet
Hogan's response is total crap. She tries to tell us that all this overregulation is the result of bipartisan bills. The Iraq War authorization passed with bipartisan support. TARP passed with bipartisan support. So this is how liberty dies? With bipartisan support?
@amitten Yup! Not only are they EXTREMELY dangerous, my screwy bulbs burn out 2-3 times faster than the nice warm homey lamps we grew up with! If I want harsh glaring light, the mall is just a few miles away.
I love the ladies response. Well we have been doing this for a long time so it must be okay. The mob has been killing people through several presidential administrations too. It must be wonderful then since its been happening for a while.
Senator Paul is right on. That airhead Energy Secretary should be give a swirly to see up close just how bad our government-mandated low-flush toilets are!
Senator Paul is right on. That airhead Energy Secretary should be give a swirly to see up close just how bad our government-mandated low-flush toilets are!
The Pauls may be among the best among current politicians, but they are like nearly all the rest in that they are typical of "white knights" in that they don't appear to understand the pervasive reality of misandry that exists today among humans. "Choice" takes real choice away from most of the population... "Choice" is a lie word in the political world, it is doublespeak.
See more at "Taken Into Custody," by Stephen Baskerville.
How exactly does the presence of multiple options take away "real choice?"
Only in a world where individuals cannot or are not held responsible for the choices they make could your proposition be palatable or even valid.
If you see misandry, perhaps you are gazing into a few too many mirrors. Those who hate mankind are the ones who consistently want to limit choice by eradicating freely offered options.
@PoliticalMe Good to see more people realizing the truth about misandry, but what makes you think the Pauls are white knights? They never gave that impression.
Why do these statists think it is a legitimate defense that the unconstitutional stuff they do is bipartisan and going on for a long time? If you compromise to creepy leftists the outcome will never be good. Bipartisanship is therefore heavily overrated.
Bob, the Pauls seem to be the only "for the people" politicians among maybe 5, and they're continually marginalized by the MSM. Please post more of their videos! Thanks.
@DrinkingWithTim Everyone seems to idolize the Pauls to the point of saying that there is nobody else in the government who can be considered a "good guy". What about Thaddeus McCotter? Paul Ryan? Michelle Bachmann? Allen West? Jason Chaffetz?
@Supermassively Is this a joke? All FIVE of those people voted to renew the Patriot Act and some want it to be permanent. They voted for the bailouts. They voted for Medicare expansion. I could go on. These people are partisan hacks. I like some of them personally, but they are not for small government. The people of this country have been hoodwinked by the left-right paradigm, when both parties are actually for big government, just from different ideological standpoints.
@Supermassively Wow! You just summed up your ignorance in one post. I, as well as the Pauls, are for the complete opposite of everything you just wrote. Please, don't post anymore before you do some research, or you're just going to embarrass yourself. Too late for that, though. Listen up, people! THIS is what's wrong with America. We've got severely misinformed people, such as Supermassively, out there in the voting booth.
@DrinkingWithTim Heh, I'm going to go ahead and admit my mistake here. I'm simultaneously having a discussion with a fickle, uneducated moron on another video who was saying that he supports a 2012 ticket of Ron Paul with several vice-presidential candidates, and one of the VP's he mentioned was Dennis Kucinich, and I somehow got the two discussions cross-wired in my brain. Sorry, my most recent comment was a case of me "forgetting where I am". Hope you can forgive me for that.
@DrinkingWithTim Do you really think that both parties are completely sold out to the big government oneness? That's how I was looking at it as well, till this last election. Now I'm not saying that it has ALL gone away overnight, BUT, it does, at least appear, that due largely to the effects of Tea Party conservatives....We might just have a chance at getting some of this country back. What are your thoughts?
@TheReformed1 I'll never say never, but for a sweeping change we've got to vote the incumbents out that are up for reelection in 2012 and replace them with libertarian/tea party candidates. That goes for the presidency too. Ron Paul is our best bet of getting this country back.
@DrinkingWithTim I agree with you wholeheartedly on that point my friend. I havn't seen his name in the mix as of yet for the pres. run. Hopefully I missed it, or he's putting his name in later. Can you believe Rick Santorum? I mean could we get any more ridiculous? That's like voting for a white Obama!!!
