Wolf Marshall wrote a book note for note that has this song - the book is "Best of Wes Montgomery"

Also I found the best way to play jazz from taking lessons from Jimmy Bruno - check out his website for jazz lessons

I am not sure if i am qualified to give any tips on jazz playing, i just play whats on the tab book! So I am still learning about the art of improvisation as well as learning the guitar in general, but I try to understand why Wes is playing a particular line over the chord change and try to incorporate into my playing as well. its a 2005 Gibson Les Paul Standard with 50's Neck in "Desert Burst" i believe and 'Burstbucker Pro' pickups which i just looked up, not really sure what's the difference between those and the 490R/498T. The strings are D'addario 10's normal ones not flatwound...and going through Line6 POD 2.0 on "Black Panel" setting.
