Bisaya agents are great even greater than tagalogs. You know what people.. English is our primary language here in cebu. We are different. We pronounce "Tricycle" better than the tagalogs.... for tagalogs they pronounce it as "traysikel" hahaha.. Bible is " baybel" hahaha. . tagalogs have hard accent but they tend to try even harder to enhance their fluency; English for cebuanos is just their day-to-day language and their natural tongue .
