Sorry. I ramble. I must say I was so excited to see a new video. haha! Do you happen to have a idea of where or how I can find something to read in regaurds to what one will go through during the early stages of going raw? I noticed I was a bit congested today and fever like - not bad, just enough that I noticed.
Hmmm, I'm not totally sure, but at a guess, I bet Gabriel Cousens talks about it. I'll ask my friend Darren Hey (he's a bit of a raw food dude here in Perth) he might be able to suggest the right reference book :)

I've done a lot of reading on David Wolfe's site. If you have a chance, whenever....see if your friend has an idea of where to start. You are so sweet to offer. Make it a great day!!
spent...eh, a little over $100 BUT I am figuring the nuts will last me a month (hopefully) and the fruits and veggies not so long. I'm soooooo curious as to what our grocery bill will go up to having a family who is not going raw with me.
Omg...delicious is a understatment. That was droolworthy!!! One of my huge things right now (and I'm only on day 3..I'm in for it LOL) is price, with a big family. I had to look online to find some of the stuff that I had on my list when I went shopping on Saturday. I figure, stuff that is a bit steep like the raw cacao..which I must say I'm dying for already...or just really yummy gormet things will have to be a treat. Saturday I bought mostly the reg. things veggies, fruits and nuts and
You're looking better all the time! Thanks for the dessert! But, I don't tolerate dairy so I don't eat it. I have some yummy flax/broccoli/herb/green chili crackers in the dehydrator. I'm going to work on some cookies next. Thank you for the videos. Today is Day 99 on my high raw journey. And your videos help.
