  • You can also use a circuit tester and let it get near the plug wire and the spark will jump to the tester.

  • Do not hold a the coil in your hand while the car is on. lol. I never knew this tool exitested and got a shock. I went to a car wash and cleaned my engine and bay. A week later I was having missfires. What happened was some of the water got under the rubber boot and rusted the tips of the plugs causing a bad connecting. I took everything out, cleaned them and bam, everything ran great. Just one of my experiences,
