They should make this his initial special and then have a crazier version of Oodama Rasengan as that Up-Special button, "Ultimate Combo"-type special. Why would the game developers replace this move with that tired old Oodama Rasengan Naruto does now? Have they no brains???

This game came out in Japan for WII. The Gekitou Ninja Taisen Series was for Gamecube but since the Gekitou Ninja Taisen EX games it is for Wii. Get some informations before you post some wrong facts ;)
