Informative video that adequately distills some aspects that come to light with Alexander's help. Problem is that unless you have natural good use, it's hard to implement without the guidance of a qualified teacher.

I saw this at Governor's School for the Arts. The entire video is the most awkward and creepy thing in the world. Although Alexander Technique is incredible.
