Therefore Kiara and kovu have no relation. But still xD I find it slightly wrong...Also Simba and Kovu are cousins (not by blood). It is a bit odd with the lion king family tree D: so confusing ya kno?

@kittyzpwn303 You have it all wrong in the movie they've said it bunch of times that Scar wasen't Kovu's father even Kovu said it himself ,and Kovu and Kiara are in love and end up together and Simba isn't related to Kovu now I made my point :)

@KyoTheFoxDemon That doesn't make a bit of sense, hon. There's not even a point in the movie I can find where Zazu could be able to report or mention any rogue males to Mufasa. Until we know who Nala's dad is (which we probably will NEVER know), Sarafina was either magically pregnant, or it had to be a random male. But really, don't go around telling people Nala and Simba are half siblings if you don't know. I'm just saying a rogue male because, for Disney, I find it to be the only other option.

@MikeMsDaughter11 Lets just disagree to agree that lions are a bad idea to personify due to their nature. I don't think Disney thought about Lion social behavior when making the movie. A pride is made up of related females (typically sisters) and 1-4 males. When a male takes over a pride, he'll kill cubs that he is not sire to. And with this thought in mind, that's why I didn't think of a rogue lion being the father of Nala. Knowing Disney it's probably magic anyway.

Agree to disagree? :P Disney also kinda screwed up on the storyline, too. Mufasa is kind of an overall jerk to Scar and is like bipolar or something. Then Simba, in a way, does help with Scar's death and we're meant to think that the Outlanders are bad? LOL

@MikeMsDaughter11 ,, the world is based (some philosophers believe) on a myth of "goodness" - we need scapegoats whom it is perfectly reasonable to kill in order for society to recognise "good" and "evil" and ultimately function. (google Rene Girard). Scar wanted to kill for selfish gain - succession to the throne. Simbas part in Scars death was nominal and ultimately just showed that evil must be triumphed over in order for us to live "good" lives
