Wow, I've heard this song a million times and it's interesting to hear this studio version for the first time. The first thing I noticed with the "stiffer" drumming. Not as "bright" as Herman's style with the splashier cymbals, more open hi-hat, and deeper toms.
I have loved these guys for so long and they were a part of the happiest days of my life. I always get emotional listening to this song- it sweeps be back to those days with a sweet flood of great sentiment
is this drummer Hermann Rarebell or JAMES KOTTAK??? it sounds like KOTTAK!!! as you know Kottak is better than Hermann... sorry, is sad but true... who is??? and the bassist is better than francis is this PAWEL???
No i think these are two men who never actually played with scorps.. i think they played only on these rehearsalls... and latera herman and francis came back and recorded again the whole album...

@braincrisp1 What I'm clueless about is why they had Rondinelli recording these tracks. But yes, I agree, Herman was looser and blended better.

@HighMindedLunacy LOL!!!!!!
I guess I never came by to correct my answer to Carlosciliberto,a year later later but here it is anyways:
it was Jimmy Bain on Bass & Bobby Rondinelli on Drums for these rehearsals.

Wow - Are you on Dieter Dierks' Christmas gift list? Cool stuff, good to hear the raw songs before all the production & pasted-together solos...
