I'm gonna live there in 3 weeks: tunisia is nice because in mountains, at winter it snows, the summer, it's very hot so it's nice going swimming in the mediterranean sea, or going in the desert. I'm so excited!!
I was in Tunisia for one week about 3 years ago...It was a spring, so I couldn't swim, but...IT was something other, I can't really describe. The people was nice and helpful. So i was really good. Good memories. :)
Hi everybody, I want to show you some points you should know about Tunisia:
Tunisia is very rich in what concerns its history & historical places & coliseums through many civilizations sitting there through time (Phoenicians, Carthaginians, Romans, Byzantines, Vendale, Berbers, Arabs, Turks, Andalusian... Europeans especially French & Italians) leaving a lots of treasure underground & everywhere.
Then, the country has a population of about 10,600,000 at the beginning of 2010: 98% Muslim, 1% Christian & 1% Jews with some other various ethnic groups, some of them are Satanic, the youth especially of the new generation of Rock - Metal hearing music... You cannot find them unless you find one of their network, especially in Bizerta, Tunis & Sousse.
If you are coming to visit the country for the first time in your life, I suggest you to spend there at least 21 days, you are invited however to see Tabarka, Ain Draham, Bizerta, Tunis (the center of the city, Sidi Bou Said, Carthage, La Marsa, El Menzeh), Nabeul, Hammamet, Sousse, Monastir, Kairouan, El Jem, Sfax, Mahdia, Gabes, Gafsa, Tozeur, Nafta (it's wonderful sunset time), Tataouine, Zarzis,Matmata, the famous Island of Jerba & Kerkennah, then Tamaghza & Mednine.
Don't worry, Tunisia is not too big country, you can visit all of those cities for 5 days or 6, then you enjoy the beach for having a sunbathing & swimming time.
I live in Canada, & I can bet you that Tunisia is one of the most beautiful places in this Earth, I've been there much more than one time.
Between a North with mountains & a lots of vegetation... A center with a lots of variates of steppes & a beautiful Sahara in the South... It's the best country in all the African continent, & the most competitive in term of economy. So let the sun shining into your veins there ;-) & enjoy your time :-)
Oh!! Of course, there is some lesbians & especially a lots of gays in Tunisia, not seen everywhere, check to find them (o_O)
There is one place called «El Karti», it's like a ghetto in the Medina of the city on which you can choose a lady (young or even old) to make sex with her, for fun or for need.
Sbeitla is too a big trace of the Roman presence in Tunisia long time ago, Korbous for a good hammam, yes why not!? Try it & smell the native food & gastronomy of the local people there, you won't regret having a great holidays in Tunisia (^_^) yeah!
Tunisia has been colonized by Arabs & it was never an Arabic country even the language there is Arabic, it's just a Mediterranean country sharing a lots of cultures with the European country on the Northern Border of the Basin.
In Tunisia, everybody adore celebrating fests & drinking beer or wine or whatever like Vodka or Whisky. Then, you can have a girlfriend, she can go swimming with a string on the beach, nobody would disturb you.
Tunisia is a secular country in its practices & kind of living, very safe, alcohols are allowed there & nobody bothers you while walking over the area. Then, Tunisian are very welcome people & open-minded, they enjoy having fun. You can practice your religion freely with no restrictions or controls.
I adore this country and wish to c u it soon but from what i have been seeing about tunis i wish i would spend my life time there with the one I love who is btw Tunesian:)mwah bunny
I think 90% of the Middle East is named after the great prophet Mohamed. Personally, i'd be a bit surprised if he wasn't called Mohamed. Though I think it is quite sweet of you to romanticize the scene, with him riding the train or walking down the streets.
By the way, did you know Muslims could have more than one wife? Nothing stopping you even though he is married...
It is really sad the way you loved him and could not marry him... did you try to talk to him after that.. what does he have to say? Did he love you that way you love him?
he said he cried when i left him in uae years back...and keep telling me that whenever he closes his eyes at night, he prays that when he wakes up, i'll be there infront of him
..i die whenever he say that....talk about sweet torture...
oh! i am so sorry to hear that...well..i guess one last shot to happiness is better than nothing...i won't ask the reason why you can't marry him...i am sure you have valid reasons.....but i sure wish your ending would be better than mine....here's to happiness...i know everyone deserves that :)
I lovedc the video. You made me miss Tunisia so much! I loved it. I was there for 3 months and I am so ready to go back!! Thanks for posting your vid!
Beautiful professional looking film - I remember everything as seen here, you have summed it up wonderfully. Beautiful country, beautiful people. I have been 3 times now, the last time a year ago - and I miss it like I'd miss home. Thankyou.
Fantastic video, I lived there ages ago in the early 1960s and have very fond memories, one of the best places I've ever lived,I will never forget climbing fig trees or the scent of mint tea and jasmine at night in Sidi Bou Said...
I have also stumbled upon this beautiful music, and have also spent six years in Brasil... another magical place...

i am in love with a tunisian...
named after the great prophet Mohamed...
greatest guy i've met in the whole world...
too bad he has gotten married already
sigh.....
he would always remain in my heart tho.....
je t'aime Mido...
i can almost see him riding the train or walking down the streets in this film...
wishing for his happiness still.....

and i guess he did loved me the way i loved him
he said he cried when i left him in uae years back...and keep telling me that whenever he closes his eyes at night, he prays that when he wakes up, i'll be there infront of him
