I blame Donna Shalalalala. She runs The U and since she arrived we have been on the decline. We had already raised our entrance standards after the Pell Grant situation in the 90's and after she got here in 2001 she raised it again. Now it's impossible for this kid or kevin grooms or amos leggett and many more who are backyard kids from miami but can't go to miami. @afronuke i get what your saying, but you have to look at it from an exposure aspect. how many games are on tv for miami ect? how about east carolina? the bottom line from a scouting aspect is this, scouts can turn on a tv for free and watch him if he goes to miami, you cannot do that as easily at ecu. he clearly has the potential to be a pro based off raw athleticism, under armour top 100 pretty much states this kid should get drafted as i see a lot of them in the nfl right now
